Howto localize PLUME CMS

PLUME CMS has been coded to support all the languages through unicode. It means that you can have a localized version of PLUME CMS in your own language. In my case, I prefer to have the interface in French, you want to have the interface in Japanese? If your Japanese and your English are good, you can start now, it is really easy. Some people can easily help you afterwards to fix the typos.
